1. Choice of Properties
We work with one of Italy's leading national estate agencies, Italiancase, who have over 3,000 properties for sale. So, although we are based in the office of Elice, we can help you buy a house not only in Abruzzo, but also in the whole of Italy. We also collaborate with other local estate agencies, giving you a wider choice in the Abruzzo region.
2. Cost
You won't be paying extra for our pre-sale services. We carry out our property search and purchase services free of charge.
You only pay the usual fee to the estate agent, which is the standard fee here in Italy.
3. Realistic House Prices
We work with an Italian estate agency whose clients have been mostly Italian. Therefore the house prices are not raised for the 'foreign' market.
4. Comprehensive Buying Service
We work with a group of professional people, to offer you a comprehensive buying service. We can recommend for you a complete legal team, including an English speaking notary, an English speaking mortgage advisor, surveyors, architects and anybody else that you may need to enable you to complete the purchase of your property. In addition, we help you with every stage of the purchase, including assistance with obtaining your Italian tax code and opening an Italian Bank account. We carry out all the hard work, so you don't have to.
5. Multilingual team, with representatives in various countries
Between us, we speak English, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, German and Russian, so we should be able to
communicate well with most, if not all, of our clients! We have representatives in various countries
other than Italy, to help you with your initial house search, finding accommodation and providing a
closer link between you and your estate agent.
6. Honesty
We aren't afraid to tell you if we don't think that a certain property is right for you. We hope to establish a
long-lasting relationship with each of our clients, so prefer to avoid future problems by being completely honest
from the start. For each property, we will tell you the advantages and disadvantages involved, enabling you to make an
informed decision.

7. Availability
We are always here, at your disposal. We work 7 days a week, including bank holidays. We don't close for summer or Christmas
breaks. So, you will know that whenever you need us, we will be here to organise viewings, make any necessary arrangements
and keep you informed of all progress. We also make sure that we are available to be with you on important days,
such as signings.
8. Continuity
We will be with you from the start, when you initially search for your property, right through the buying process and providing
after-sales care and property management. In this way, we can build trust and understand your on-going requirements.
9. Exclusive Contracts
We have exclusive contracts on over 90% of our properties. This means that when you find your ideal house you can be sure
of purchase. There will be no confusion about whether somebody else may be buying it with another agency. When you visit
a property, you will know that it is available to purchase and that the vendor is only dealing with us.
10. Documents Check
We will make sure that all the relevant paperwork is in order to enable you to buy your property. Before we present the
documents to the Notaio, to prepare the deeds, we check that everything is registered correctly with the Comune and that there
are no outstanding debts on the property. Buying with us, you will have a 100% guarantee that all the necessary documents
are up-to-date and ready for the sale.
11. Personal Experience
We have all bought houses here in Abruzzo, so we have the experience of buying property here as a foreigner.
