Casa Sogni D'Oro is a spacious house, in need of some restoration.  Up until recently, it was in a good state and was permanently inhabited. But, a broken pipe in the central heating system caused the lower floor to flood, in 2017.  With this problem, and the subsequent damp issues, resolved, the property could again be a comfortable family home.

There are also native acacia trees, several olive trees and recently planted fruit and nut trees around the house. There is a well on the property which is believed to be fed by an underground stream which provides water for agricultural purposes.

The land is in two parts with a provincial road running across the property effectively dividing the land. The upper part rises up to the top of the hill and is home to approximately 750 trees. Across the road the lower part decends to the valley floor and has a further 250 trees. There is a stream forming the border on two sides of the lower land.
