Om du bestämmer dig för att köpa en fastighet hjälper vi dig öppna ett italienskt bankkonto och ansöka om ett skattenummer, som är obligatoriskt för att kunna genomföra ett husköp i Italien. Vi har själva köpt hus i Abruzzo och har sedan dess, genom att hjälpa andra, skaffat oss betydelsefull kunskap om processen, och förståelse för de många frågor och fundering som uppstår när man tar detta stora steg.
När du hittat ditt drömhus eller lägenhet kan det dröja en tid innan du skriver under kontraktet och huset är ditt. Då finns vi här för att hjälpa dig med information och goda råd och med mäkla - och säljarkontakten.
Vi går igenom alla dokument som krävs för fastighetsköpet och finns till hands när du skriver under det preliminära- och det slutgiltiga köpekontraktet. Om du inte har möjlighet att närvara kan vi fungera som ditt ombud.

Om du vill ansöka om lån i Italien för att köpa din fastighet kan vi sätta dig i kontakt med engelskspråkig lånerådgivare.
Hon kommer att hjälpa dig genom ansökningsprocessen, med regelbunden rapportering, samt hjälpa till att öppna ett italienskt bankkonto. Hon kommer även att finnas med hos Notarius Publicus när köpekontrakten skrivs under.
