I cannot rate Abruzzo Reality highly enough. We were very fussy buyers!! We had a long list of things that we wanted from a house and we were beginning to think we would not find what we were looking for. It can be quite disappointing seeing what looks like a lovely property on the internet and then travelling all the way to Italy to find its next door to a factory!!

We were looking at houses in Abruzzo for quite some time as we were quite fussy on what we wanted and it had to be within a specific budget. We have been so lucky, throughout the time since we bought our house in Abruzzo in 2005, to have Tracey checking the house and looking after things for us. I’m not sure how we would have managed without her.

After having our apartment up for sale for a couple of years with no result, we were recommended to contact Tracey by friends, as she had helped with their sale. We have had a small country property near Penne in Abruzzo for eight years now, but decided to try letting the house for holiday rentals, for the weeks we were not using it ourselves. We have nearly completed our first year of owning a property in Abruzzo after looking for almost 5 years.
